17/09/21 &Walsh This company is based in New York and were only formed in 2019, they specialise in branding and advertising. They are one of the .1% of creative companies founded and run by a woman. Some of their values are trusting their instincts, taking work seriously and taking risks. Pentagram They are the worlds largest independent design company and was first founded in 1972. What makes then unique is that there is no hierarchy in the company, there are 32 parters and they all get payed equally. Some companies that they have designed for are DC entertainment, Saks 5th avenue and platform. The thing that i like about this company is the fact that all 32 parters get payed equally instead of one person getting way more when everyone else.
